Annual salary for the Job: 6,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Appearance in Court an advocate.
2. Handling the execution of the cases.
3. Coordinate with the advocates.
4. Execution of warrant of attachment.
5. Service of notices.
6. Arbitration cases with regard to recovery of Loans
7. Execution of Arbitration Awards
8. Handle Suits of the Injunctions- Suits for Recovery- Suits for Partitions – Summary Suits Mortgage Suits – Probate Cases – Suits for Declaration
Competencies:-
1. Litigation Management
2. He should have at least 8-10 years of experience in litigation
3. Should be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS-Excel.
4. Should be able to handle work related pressure.
