Your Role:
- Creating a thorough and futuristic IP and Data Protection strategy
- Analysis and assessment of all the DS product and services and identification of opportunities for IP creation and challenges on Data protection within and outside India
- Working closely with Tech/product and Data Science teams from the point of view of keeping an eye on new product developments vis-a-vis IP opportunities and Data Protection challenges
Must Have:
- 7 to 10 years PQE in the areas of tech Patents, Trademarks and data protection regimes such as GDPR, IDPR etc.
- Experience in patent drafting and IP registration across jurisdictions such as Madrid protocol etc. as also in the areas of monitoring, takedowns and enforcements
- Experience in different data protection regimes such as GDPR and its equivalents in UK, US, SA, Middle East as well as IDPR
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Good to Have:
- Understanding of Sports Tech, Ecommerce, OTT and such other Digital ecosystems
- Understanding of fantasy sports, sports streaming, content, e-commerce, Fintech industry in specific and Tech industry in general
