Job Description:
- Drafting and Reviewing of various types of Contracts/Agreements, Addendums, Extensions, Amendments and other related documentation on an on-going basis and provides updates to the Senior Management as in when required.
- Day-to-Day Contract Execution
- Post execution tasks including archiving
- Interacting with Business leaders from different verticals.
- Negotiating significant contractual rights as and when required
- Conduct research and update on developments in law and regulations
- Maintain Status Report and other internal trackers.
- Work closely with other Business teams for any Legal assistance.

- Should have good communication, drafting and presentation skills.
- Should be computer savvy and proficient with MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
