Responsibilities
- Review, negotiation and closure of contracts globally (mostly customers and partners), especially around data privacy aspects
- Liaising and interacting with stakeholders (both internal and external) for deal closure
- General research on day-to-day as well as ad hoc items (including general corporate commercial advisory, data privacy)
- Active involvement in framing contract governance processes and policies, matrices and playbooks
- Providing practical and well-reasoned solutions.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Law Degree;
- Good understanding of data privacy & best practices and principles of contract drafting and negotiation;
- Good people-management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Quick to follow through on commitments
