Key Accountabilities:
- Excellent drafting and vetting skills in respect of various legal agreements such as Service Contracts, Business Agreements, Vendor agreement, NDA’s, Settlement Agreements, RFP’s, lease deeds etc.
- Negotiating Contracts with clients/ vendors/ attorney and concluding Legal documentation thereof.
- Independently manage all legal and contractual queries through legal help desk within TAT’s.
- Responsible for legal compliances under Global Data Protection Regulations and other Privacy laws (“GDPR”)
- Drafting, implementation and monitoring of various legal and corporate governance policies such as Anti-bribery, Confidentiality, IP etc.
- To draft, issue legal notice on behalf of companies and to reply legal notice issued to companies
- Analyze existing & new legislation/amendments & notifications that impact the Business; bring to the notice of the appropriate functions about their implications and applicability; guide them in formulating a suitable plan of action.
- Liaison with the Legal Consultant for business critical legal issues wherever needed
- Assistance in managing secretarial compliance for Cactus India and overseas subsidiaries such as coordinate board meetings, shareholders meetings drafting minutes and resolution etc. for Cactus India and overseas subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely filings of all forms and documents including maintaining all relevant statutory registers for Cactus India and overseas subsidiaries
Profile Experience / Qualification:
- Should be an LLB with minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience and should have worked as in-house legal and CS counsel in a company.
- Strong legal and analytical skills with high level of attention to detail
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Indian corporate and contractual laws. Candidate having experience and knowledge of international corporate and contractual laws would be preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships at all organizational levels
- Highly motivated, independent with quality mindset
