Experience required for the Job: 5 – 8 years
Annual salary for the Job: 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
Job description:-
1. Handle the court cases related to NI138 – sp.sec 145 (2)
2. Overseeing targets of service of summons, execution of BW/NBW, Dasti Notice
3. Working out measures for reducing litigation expenses and effectuating plans to achieve a faster closure of cases; drafting of Plaint, written statement, replies and rejoinder.
4. Taking care of For/Against/ Criminal cases Pan India.
5. Advising senior management on legal aspect of the cases.
6. Appointing & Coordinating with Counsels,
7 Taking care of police escalation.
8. Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues.
9. Drafting reply to legal notice, reply under various section of criminal matter.
Competencies:-
1. Litigation Management
2. He should have at least 5-8 years of experience in litigation
3. Should be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS-Excel.
4. Should be able to handle work related pressure.
