Job Post: Vacancy for Legal Analyst at Deloitte, Hyderabad

The team

Deloitte’s Office of General Counsel (“OGC”) is responsible for managing the U.S. organization’s legal affairs as they relate to firm governance, contracts, engagements, employment, litigation and regulatory matters, legal risks, and other legal matters. The position holder will support two OGC groups:  its Disputes, Consultations, and Regulatory Affairs Group and its Labor and Employment Group.

Qualifications:

  • Individual should generally have at least 2-3 years of legal experience.  Significant experience working with contracts is preferred.
  • Hold a law degree from an accredited law school in India, the US or another common law jurisdiction.  The candidate cannot have an active license to practice law in India
  • Individual must be a self-starter, who is able to work on a broad range of client engagements and related matters.  Individual must be articulate, possess strong analytic, critical thinking and writing skills, be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, apply good judgment, and be capable of providing creative solutions.

Work Location :  Hyderabad

Work Timing :  Generally expected to range from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, India time. Timing may vary based on business requirements.
