Jain Law offices is opening a job post for Junior Associate.
Eligibility:
– A 5-year or 3-year law degree from a reputed university.
– 1-3 years of experience (Fresher may also apply).
Key Skills Required:
– A sound understanding of Land Laws (majorly related to Haryana & Delhi) and procedure associated therewith, Corporate Laws, Contract & Partnership Laws and procedure associated therewith.
– Hands-on experience working with clients.
– Ability to conduct and manage due diligence, drafting diligence reports, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (in Hindi/English).
– Excellent drafting, research and negotiation skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
– High level of integrity and honesty and a work ethic that is consistent with the Firm’s policies.
