Roles & Responsibilities of Grievance officer:
– Proven experience of handling and resolving various types of grievances, complaints, disputes, preferably with respect to Intellectual Property matters.
– Responsible for development of systems and requirements for the grievance/disputes/complaints handling by undertaking issue resolving approach, from uptake, sorting and processing and acknowledgement and follow-up, to verification and action.
– Should be able to address issues, take prompt action and steps by collating required data/information from internal teams to address concerns of the subscribers.
– Should possess good drafting skills to draft appropriate reply to the subscribers of the company by addressing their concerns.
– Should possess strong communication and presentation skills and should be keen analyst to provide best possible solution as per Media and Entertainment industry oriented approach.
– Should be able to refer issues to a complaint owner within the operation/company when substantive expertise is necessary, and follow up with both the complaint owner till resolved, within the timelines.
– To conduct data analysis, on trends / comparisons / other key matrices, and submit the report to various levels of leadership teams and other regulatory bodies and explain on the trend of cases being received, suggest on the go forward lines.
Others:
• 3-5 years of experience is mandatory.
•. Fluency in English, Hindi and local language ( Telugu) with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience in Psychology should be added advantage
