The work mainly includes – a) Domestic and International commercial arbitrations; b) Varied types of civil litigation in Delhi NCR (HC, District Court and NCLT; c) Contract drafting; d) Patent dispute advisory and litigation; e) Investment and Corporate structure Advisory.
The positions are based in Delhi.
