RKCA Law Associates is a law firm having its offices as New Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire Associates(s) for Drafting as well as court appearances with 2-4 years of experience for their Delhi office.
Requirement for Mumbai Office:
Preferable 2-3 years of experience in handling responsibilities related to taxation, regulatory advisory and commercial litigation (SEBI, Exchanges / IRDAI / IBBI / RBI / PFRDA / SAT / NCLT, NCLAT), capital markets, intermediaries registrations, general corporate.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of regulatory laws and be capable of handling transactions independently.
