Qualification
- Having a Law Degree from a good Institute / University,
- Having knowledge of Corporate Laws – IBC, Merger Amalgamation, Oppression And Mismanagement, etc and knowledge about NCLT & NCLAT,
- Drafting is mandatory, so having a good knowledge how to draft matters and can do drafting by own,
- Good command in English and hardworking

Salary will be as per the experience and capability and as per Professional Norms.
