Job Description
Elevate is recruiting a Senior Manager or Associate Director to establish, lead and manage a Transactions Centre of Excellence. The Transactions Centre of Excellence is being established as a Service Centre for a large Australian Law Firm. As the Head, you will be responsible for establishing and running the Transaction Centre on a day-to-day basis, including the relationship with the client, leading delivery and growing and expanding capabilities. The Transaction Centre is anticipated to start with a team of 5-6 people and will need to develop means to scale capacity to customer demand by drawing on wider Elevate capabilities and teams. Key is to effectively manage the team and workload (with a particular focus on quality), while simultaneously establishing, strengthening, and nurturing relationships across the customer.
