They are hiring Law Graduates for their IP Litigation team.

Eligibility
- The candidate must hold 2-3 years of relevant experience in IP.
- The candidate must be good in writing and legal research skills.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Drafting Cease and Desist Notices, Co-existence/Settlement Agreements and Court Pleadings.
- Attending Court/Tribunal hearings.
- Working on IP related opinions and Infringement analysis.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write up, updates etc.
