Eligibility
Looking to recruit a lawyer with 2-3 years of experience with knowledge in the following matters:-
a. Cheque bounce and Section 138-141, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 cases;
b. Employment contracts;
c. Contract drafting and vetting.
Location
Delhi
Skills required
Non-negotiable skills:- Excellent spoken and written English skills and good reasoning skills.
Desirable skills:- Knowledge of Company laws
Salary
Salary shall be commensurate with the competency level of the candidate.
