Job Description
A) Shall manage legal matters related to East zone.
B) Improve litigation management and handling of legal cases cost-effectively.
C) Effectively implement standardization in requisite litigation documents and set best practices across zones.
D) Advice internal stakeholders on potential legal risk and provide risk mitigation solutions.
E) Liaison with and instruct external lawyers to achieve desired results for the Organisation.
F) Partner with internal stakeholders such as claims, grievance, HR, Administration and other departments to provide best course advice and assistance.
