Eligibility: Final semester of 3/5 year LLB
Period: December 2021/January 2022 onwards
Term: 8 weeks of internship subject to extension basis assessment
Stipend: INR 10,000 Per Month
Mode: Work from office (5.5 days a week)
Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm including lunch hours
Location: Gurgaon Head Office (Residents of New Delhi/Gurgaon preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assignments shall comprise of
- Research and drafting around contract and IP (Trademark Laws);
- Operational work around dispute resolution in matters of trademark infringement and counterfeit, employment, recoveries;
- Research and drafting around internal SOPs;
Skills
