Petitioner’s application for the recognition of its integrated BA/B.ED /B.SC. B.ED program was rejected.
The present appeal made by the Appellant is about whether the order made by the Tribunal on 30th September 2018 needs any kind of rectification.
The Tribunal had decided whether the Assessee is entitled to the adjustments of TDS. It had also decided the validity of the order passed by ld. CIT(A).
