The present petition filed by Mr Akshay Vinod Kulkarni whose passport was suspended by the Indian Consulate in Houston USA.
The petition was filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction upon the court to accept the personal bond and two sureties in one criminal case treating the same for all the 9 criminal cases.
