On Monday, two bills which are being called as the Shakti Bill was presented before the Maharastra State Assembly. But the sections provided in the Maharashtra Shakti Law, 2020, are only good enough to make political statements, but are nugatory and would be ineffective for ‘Rape’.

The Delhi High Court was informed on Monday by Delhi University about the making of a new committee for proposing a charge for issuing Digital Degree certificates to the students.

In Krishan Kumar v SDM Rohini, Delhi High Court ruled that if there is a wrongful purchase of the e-court fee or if the submitted fee is not utilized, the same should be refunded by the authorities, without insisting on any kind of court order.
