The Court interpreted the aspect of notice of security interest under SAEFAESI Act, being void-ab-initio, as security was found to be in nature of provisions under Indian Contract Act, 1872, and hence provided interim protection to the Petitioners, until the next hearing date.

In this Case, the Appellant applied for appointment to the post of Constable but was denied appointment as he did not disclose his involvement in a criminal case, the Rajasthan HC dismissed the appeal challenging the petition suppressing facts of criminal involvement.
