The Aurangabad Bench of the BOMBAY HIGH COURT has called for free treatment of Mucormycosis, i.e., Black Fungus among the poor people. This decision of the Bench has been hailed by the BOMBAY HIGH COURT who called for the maximum possible publicity of the same. 

The Court did not interfere in the decision of superannuation by the company authority but ordered that the excess amount paid cannot be recovered.

This PIL has been filed regarding the current condition of Tea Gardens of Assam and the condition of Labours working there.

The Petitioners filed this writ petition to direct the Respondents with a set of directions to set up COVID care facilities, COVID response team, and Oxygen facilities inside the University Campus premises.

The present petition was filed in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi under Order IX Rule 7 with Order XXXVII Rule 2(3) read with Rule 3(7) and Section 151 CPC seeking recall of the order dated 31.07.2020 whereby the defendants had proceeded ex-parte.

On 6.05.2021, the Karnataka High Court had allowed an appeal of criminal nature in part relating to the subject of homicidal death.

The Court observed that the grounds urged by the respondents in their Objections about the use of premises in question being without a license did not form the basis of the issuance of the impugned Order.

The Petitioner prays to receive interest on the refund amount under Section 11BB of the Central Excise Act, 1944 and Section 83 of the Finance Act, 1994 from the Respondents.
