On the 8th Day of June 2021, the Honourable Kerala High Court heard and decided a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition (Cr. M.C) under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Cr. P.C).

But as per the Petitioners, the date which was set to conduct INI CET was considered unjust on various grounds. Responding to this, Hon’ble Ms Justice Indira Banerjee and Hon’ble Mr Justice M.R. Shah declared the said date as arbitrary and thereby directed to postpone the INI CET for one month.
