Bombay High Court Issues Further COVID-19 Protocols for Goa Travelers

Bombay High court Bench at Goa, on Thursday, directed the Goa Administrative department of the State to make sure that “no persons are permitted entry into the State without a negativity certificate issued within 72 hours from the time the travellers seek entry into the State without a negativity certificate issued within 72 hours from the time the travellers seek entry into the State.”

Extreme Viewpoints Do Not Construe Hate Speech: Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday quashed an FIR against Sunaina Holey, a Navi Mumbai resident who had been booked under SECTION 153A of the IPC, for reposting a video along with a comment criticizing the gathering of migrant workers outside Bandra Masjid during the lockdown on 14th April 2020.
