Bombay High Court acquitted a life convict accused of murder since there was not enough legal, reliable, and unimpeachable evidence. The court also quashed the judgment made by the Additional Sessions Judge and ordered for the refund of the fine amounts for the same.

The Aurangabad high court held that it was the Centre’s liability to replace faulty ventilators with new and functional ventilators as repaired ventilators might lead to loss of lives.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court had declared the strike by Junior Doctors Association (JUDA) as illegal and directed the doctors to resume their duties immediately.
