The Commission also directed the CPIO to sought proper information keeping in mind the nature of the RTI act. The Commission also referred to the judgment of the division bench of the Jharkhand High Court, in State of Jharkhand v. Navin Kumar Sinha and Anr., AIR 2008 Jharkhand 19 dated 08/08/2007.
