Bombay High Court Issues Further COVID-19 Protocols for Goa Travelers

Bombay High court Bench at Goa, on Thursday, directed the Goa Administrative department of the State to make sure that “no persons are permitted entry into the State without a negativity certificate issued within 72 hours from the time the travellers seek entry into the State without a negativity certificate issued within 72 hours from the time the travellers seek entry into the State.”

Bombay High Court Orders Investigation Into the Alleged Illegal Procurements of Remdesivir

In the hearing of the petition filed against the BJP MP Dr Sujay Vikhe Patil on the alleged illegal procurement and distribution of Remdesivir injections via a chartered flight from Delhi to Shirdi, the Bombay High Court going against the press conference held by the Ahmedabad District Collector said that even though they were not forming a final opinion yet, that the district collector seemed to be protecting to concerned MP.
