Bombay High Court on Saturday refused to halt the examinations of the Maharashtra University of Health Science (MUHS) which will be conducted from June 10, 2021, but were scheduled to be conducted in the winter of 2020.

The petitioners (accused) approached the Hon’ble High Court, by way of criminal review case under sections 397 and 401 of the CrPC.
