On May 31st, 2021, the Central Information Commission decided on a case of the tender process and the misuse of the RTI Act 2005. It also observed that the reply of the CPIO was unacceptable. The Commission also directed the CPIO to sought proper information keeping in mind the nature of the RTI act. The Petition was filed by M/s IMZ Corporate Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter IMZ) under Section 11 of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter AC Act) seeking the appointment of a sole arbitrator.
