A criminal appeal was filed against the Order passed by the lower Court. It convicted the Petitioner of culpable homicide leading to murder. Due to lack of evidence, the High Court accepted the appeal the accused was held innocent.

The petition was filed pointing out the serious situation in Haryana as its quota of oxygen had been reduced by 20MT from the Panipat Plant.
