Job Description:
Appearances before various judicial forums situated in Delhi including but not limited to High Court/DRT/DRAT/NCLT.
Drafting of Legal Notices/Petitions/Re-Joinders etc.
Supervision of team working in the area of BFSI in the Firm.
Qualifications:
PQE: 1-3 Years preferably in the work related to Banking & Finance sector.
Extensive knowledge of SARFAESI Act, 2002 and a decent knowledge of N.I Act, Arbitration Act & Company Law.
Experience in dealing with clients.
Leadership skills.
Decent oral & written communications skills.
Place of Work:
Sector -2, Noida.
