Designation: Sr Manager Legal
- Drafting, vetting and finalization of agreements/contracts, & legal documents, SOW, Service agreement
- Contract Management
- Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business
- Data protection laws and policies, including training Ingram Micro associates
- This role also involves independent handling of Legal work with good understanding of IT and Distribution agreements.
