Location: Andheri, Mumbai
The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to:
Evaluation of Tenders, Proposals, etc.
Structuring, drafting, negotiating and settling contracts.
Preparation and scruitinization technical know-how agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements and secrecy agreements, etc.
Risk management related to project risk, etc.
Responsible for coordination with solicitors, counsels and consultants for opinions, clarifications, litigations matters, etc.
The incumbent should have knowledge in handling matters related to Corporate and Labour laws, indirect taxation and other commercial laws.
Assist in compliance regime.
Assist HR in formulating policies.
The candidate should be LL.B. Must have 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience in a law firm or a company in the associated sector.
