A. Labour Laws – Senior Associate
(Qualification Lawyer / CS or MBA of HR Background)
(Experience: 4 -5 years)
1. Ensuring labour compliances at PAN India locations (~250 )
2. Ensuring registration of PT, LWF and other registrations of Indian entities
3. Liaising and coordination with CG/SG officials for managing onsite and offsite inspections and queries thereofB. Assistant Manager – Compliances and Corporate Legal

2. Manage and Update GRC Tracker (Governance, Risk and Compliances) of Indian Entities
3. Drafting and review NBFCs polices & procedures and Loan Kits with help of NBFC Business Teams
4.Vetting of commercial agreements with lending partners like co-lenders, DSA/DMAs and Recovery Agencies
5. Assistance required for arranging regulatory approvals from IRDAI, RBI, FIU and other agencies
6. SPOC for RBI, IRDAI, FIU Inspections and manage other FDI & other compliances
7. Conduct Assurance testing and / internal assessment for Money laundering and Terrorist FinancingInterested candidates, please share your CV at [email protected]
