Lexstone Chambers, law firm with offices in Delhi and Gurgaon, is looking to expand its Transaction Team in GURGAON office:
1) Associate Partner (minimum 10+ years of experience) – 1 Position
2) Principal/ Senior Associate (minimum 5+ years of experience) – 1 Position
3) Associate (minimum 3+ years of experience) – 2 Position
Advocates must have working experience in drafting of commercial contracts/ agreements, transaction structuring, advisory & documentation, corporate restructuring, complex funding & private equity transactions, due diligence, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, compliance management, working knowledge of FDI, FEMA and SEBI Regulations, IBC, RERA.
CS qualification with working experience on real estate transactions shall be preferable.
Compensation of Associate Partner shall be based on work executed and there will be no fixed remuneration for Associate Partner.
Candidates having experience of less than 3 years need not apply for these positions.
