Practice Area 1: Corporate M&A
PQE: 3 to 7 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have prior experience of working on corporate transactions and attendant aspects.
Practice Area 2: Banking & Finance, Project Finance
PQE: 3 to 5 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have extensive experience of working as lenders’ legal counsel on financing transactions, including drafting and negotiation of loan (term and working capital), security, restructuring, closing and compliance documents and NCDs. Some experience in banking regulations is essential.
Practice Area 3: Projects & Energy
PQE: 3 to 5 years’ experience in a law firm in India
Candidate should have handled infrastructure development projects (including PPP projects) in various sectors such as in power, roads, ports, railways, airports, SEZs, telecom, oil and gas sectors, etc. Should have experience in PPAs, Concession Agreements, EPC, O&M, Financing Contracts, bidding document drafting and Advisory etc.
