1. Lawyer with at least 5 yrs PQE in handling RFP, concession agreement, works contract and reasonably conversant with procurement rules for PPP;
2. Lawyer with at least 10 yrs experience in handling PPP project related documents (RFQ, RFP, Model Concession Agreements) across multiple infrastructure sectors.
