Role of Legal Executive:
-Draft Plaints, Written Statements, and Affidavit in chief, Evidence, and Arbitration Petitions.
-Drafting different kinds of agreements Lease Agreement, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Non-Disclosure Agreement
-Prepare and maintain MIS report and update weekly.
-Assisting and supporting external lawyers in handling Labour as well as Civil matters
-Assist Drafting and conveyancing, Preparing Affidavits, legal replies, and filings, preparing written statement.
-Assist in finalizing all legal documents, taking adjournments, maintaining diaries.
-Drafting of commercial documents like Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Commercial Agreements, Leave and License Agreements etc.
-Preparing & monitoring the board & every week schedule of courts.
CTC: max upto 4.3 LPA
Experience: 4 – 6 years
