Job Specific Knowledge:
The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to:
- Contract Reviews -Review and negotiate
- Non-disclosure agreements
- LoI’s
- consultancy contracts
- EPcM contracts
- EP, PMC or EPF contracts
- JDA, SAAS, Licence or Software agreements
- Review of Bids, Tenders or RfPs
- Risk analysis of contractual documents
- Briefing the business on contractual risk
- Presentations on legal concepts
If required, provide support to the
- Litigation group
- Compliance group
- Privacy group
