- Bachelors degree in Law
- 3+ years experience in negotiating NDAs, evaluation agreements, and sales agreements, including software licensing, professional services, master purchase and reseller agreements
- Significant experience drafting agreements and negotiating transactions
- Excellent legal, communication and organization skills
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
- Proficient in writing and speaking English
