Your Team responsibilities

The candidate will be supporting our Legal team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization. He/She will also be responsible to provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support our Legal Team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization
  • Develop and enhance internal processes and procedures to make internal legal processes more efficient
  • Drafting, updating and management of legal forms, templates and playbooks
  • Provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales on contracts, e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc
  • Carry out legal research on a wide variety of matters
  • Participate in special projects, as required
  • General Legal administration

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • A minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is required
  • Contract organization/review experience is essential
  • Co-sec experience is preferable, but not mandatory
  • Candidate must have a L.L.B degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drafting and negotiating skills
  • Must pay very careful attention to detail
  • Experience in the financial services industry is helpful
  • Ability to work with global teams and local counsels
