Touchstone Partners is looking to hire lawyers with a PQE of 2 – 7 years for our Private Equity and Structured Finance practices.

Skillset Requirements:
– Superior academic track record with passion for research and writing
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Experience in advising leading global financial sponsors and institutional investors across private equity or private debt deals
– Inquisitive self-starter with solution-oriented mindset and conviction to outperform without being constricted by age or designation
– Willingness and ability to align with the firm’s culture
