Responsibilities:
(1) Drafting SLPs, Writ Petitions, Suits, and Counters etc. before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals in Delhi;
(2) Conferences, assistance and independent appearances before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals; and
(3) Supervise filing of cases before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals;
Experience:
2- 3 years of desirable experience.
Areas of work: Litigation, arbitration, civil, commercial, Banking matters etc.
