Policybazaar Group is looking for an in house counsel to assist in handling the litigation vertical for the group and also work towards contract drafting & vetting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Taking care of company’s on-going litigation.
2. Timely compliance of Legal notices and Replies.
3. Replies to Regulators.
4. Assisting the Customer Relation Team in case of any Customer Escalations.
5. Filing of Police Complaint and Cyber Complaints.
6. Assisting in IPR related queries.
7. Taking charge of all the Trademarks of the company and complying to the renewals.
8. Liaising with Police and Local Authorities.
9. Drafting and vetting contracts.
Skills Required:
1. Should possess excellent analytical, drafting skills and have a solution driven approach.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
3. Effective time management and organisation skills.
4. Knowledge on the working of insurance sector.
