Our Client, a well-known company in the Health Care industry is looking for Deputy Manager for its Legal Department (5-8 years PQE).
Location: Chennai
The incumbent would be responsible for:
> Drafting, vetting, execution and registration of various legal documents pertaining to Commercial and Real Estate contracts
> Documents pertaining to JV Agreements, License Agreements, MOUs, C&F, P TO P, Loan license, in various commercial transactions
> Handling of IPR matters
> Liaison with Advocates to attend litigation matters.
