Our Mumbai office is on the lookout for Lawyers with 1/2 years PQE in Corporate/M&A matters with a reputed law firm. The incumbents would be expected to be team players from a good law school having a good academic record with good drafting and oral communication skills.
Candidates should have relevant experience in legal due diligence, report preparation, drafting/ vetting of definitive agreements, contract negotiation, transaction closing, corporate advisory, FEMA advisory, etc. Candidates with Company Secretary qualifications will be given preference. The candidates selected can expect a varied and challenging work experience and will be offered a remuneration commensurate with their experience and skillsets.
