A Corporate Law Firm based out of South Delhi is looking for 2 individuals
First Opening for General Corporate Team:
PQE- 1-2 years
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Second Opening for Company Secretary (CS):
PQE- 0 to 2
Incumbent must be proficient enough in handling Private Equity, Due diligence, FEMA Matters, RBI filings, and Compliances falling under the Companies Act, 2013.
A person must be having good communication skills (both oral and written), a go-getter attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
