We are looking for a competent person for the position of Senior Associates / Associate Partner for Arbitration and Litigation matters for our Noida Office.
Required Candidates Profile:
LL.B. from National Law school, CLC, ILS, Symbiosis, UPES, AMITY with minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Litigation and Arbitration would be preferred.
– Candidate should have experience in handling Commercial Litigation/Arbitration related to road, port, Electricity, Water, Airport, Energy, Mining sectors etc;
– Drafting of SLP, Writ Petition, Applications, Appeal, Civil Suits, Statement of claim, Counter Claim, Application challenging arbitral award and other related pleadings and applications;
