About the Internship and Job
- Contracts vetting/Drafting.
- Due diligence of documents.
- Liasoning with external Lawyers.
- Liaison with all government authorities for all compliances as may be required.
- Implementation of compliance tool for the organization.
- Agreements, MIS/trackers and other complete corporate work.

Location
Due to the current ongoing COVID scenario, we are only operating as WFH (work from home). We have our offices in Delhi NCR but they will resume once the situation normalizes till then only WFH.
Who can Apply?
Only those lawyer’s/law students should apply who can work dedicatedly with the legal team and want to have a career in the corporate sector, candidates who are either in their final semester or already passed out should apply only.
PQE: 2 years

We have flexible working hours in our organization.

As per industry standards/as per work.
Stipend for the Internship

3 months minimum.
