Intellicity Capital Advisers Private Limited, Category 1 Merchant Banker is looking to hire two paid interns (Virtual internship) for research work and content creation for topics pertaining to SEBI and RBI guidelines and master circulars, Security laws and capital market transactions related to Preferential Issue, Private placement, Right issue, Buy back, Dividends and Portfolio management, FEMA, Mergers & Acquisitions and other associated laws.
Please only apply if:
– You are currently at least in the 3rd Year of a for 5 year course and 2nd year of a 3 year course of a
reputed law school;
– The laws and practice field mentioned above interests you, while keeping yourself updated with the
relevant sectors;
– Great writing skills;
– The interns should be driven to deliver work within the stipulated deadline.
Please note that your sole responsibility shall be to research and prepare briefs and apply only if the above mentioned interests and capital market practice interests you.
The interns shall be evaluated for remuneration and will be hired as a Research Associate based on their work after a month.
